Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
It might be a meteorite, but the shiny coating doesn't really look
like a fusion crust,
which would be smoother and more aerodynamical. Also, the finder said
that it was not magnetic.

Can't tell from the photo, but it looks like another hematite concretion.
