Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
1) There's no fusion
crust,
and the shape is not smooth and aerodynamic.
2) It's got voids and holes. Meterites don't have holes.

What is it?
Can't tell from photo. The finder said that it contained magnetic
particles and that it was rusty inside. Many
terrestrial rocks contain magnetite and many are rusty.
