Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
1) Meteorites usually have smooth surfaces. If an object like this
came through the atmosphere at the speed at which meteors enter the
atmosphere, all the knobby places would be the first parts to ablate
away.
2) It's got vesicles. Meteorites don't have vesicles.

It resembles a piece of slag.
