Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
1) There's no fusion crust. It's got
too many sharp features that would have been ablated to a smoother
shape if it had come through the atmosphere.
2) Meteorites aren't usually this spherical.
3) There is no kind of meteorite that has this texture - ovoid green
things in a light colored matrix.

I have no idea. Was it chipped to a spherical shape by a human?
