Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
It's too blocky. This is a smooth, rounded shape, but it's not aerodynamic.
There aren't any regmaglypts.

What is it?
Hard to tell, but it's probably igneous.
In another photo of the same rock, the inside is the same color as
the outside. That means the shiny coating is from polishing, probably
in running water; it's not a fusion crust.
