Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
We're looking at a sawn face. The finder noted that it looked like
lunar meteorite Dhofar
1180. It does, but the clast-to-matrix ratio is greater than
that of brecciated lunar meteorites.

What is it?
This photo was sent from Russia. I
suspect that it's another volcaniclastic rock, like 118
and 151.
