Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
The finder was intrigued by the surface texture of this rock, which
she likened to a "brain." But, of course, this rock doesn't have
a fusion crust or a smooth surface,
so it can't be a meteorite.

What is it?
Don't know. Probably some kind of sedimentary rock that has weathered
unevenly. It looks something like meteorwrong no. 096.
