Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
It's got a few gas bubbles (vesicles).
Meteorites aren't full of gas bubbles.
Also, at the top left, it's green
inside one of the big ones.
The finder also had the thing chemically analyzed. It was loaded
with copper (1%) and other elements that sometimes follow copper
(Zn, Pb). The green stuff is some copper compound. Meteorites do
not contain such high levels of copper.

A piece of industrial slag.
